In 1996 Rajshree Sugars launched Asia's first Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) distillery, which, coupled with a 9-acre compost yard, set a new ecological benchmark, it was certified by National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) and as recognized by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
Here our waste is converted into wealth in the form organic manure and returned back to the soil.
